FUL type heat transfer oil radiator is a heat exchange device that uses steel aluminum composite finned tubes with excellent technical performance and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stress. Therefore, it is the choice for air heating heat exchange devices using heat transfer oil (also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textile, printing and dyeing, rubber, leather making, wood processing, painting and baking, and has achieved good results.
The manufacturing process of steel aluminum composite finned tube is scientific. It is formed by rolling steel and aluminum tubes on a dedicated machine tool, which tightly combines the steel based tube with the aluminum fins. It has the advantages of low thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, low flow loss, strong anti-corrosion performance, and long working life.

The floating head structure ensures that the radiator can effectively compensate for the huge thermal stress in working environments with high temperature differences and when the equipment starts to operate.
FUL type heat transfer oil radiator can be composed of various specifications with different surface tube lengths, tube numbers, and row numbers. Its process can be made into dual process, triple process, quadruple process, and multi process according to user needs, and the using department can choose according to their needs.
