The 1Cr18Ni9Ti (stainless steel) air heat exchanger is a product that improves the heat transfer coefficient of the original steel GLII type heat dissipation pipe due to its corrosion resistance, uncleanliness, easy rusting, and short service life. It can replace other copper and copper heat dissipation pipes used in steam type heat exchangers, and its external dimensions are the same as steel GLII.
BGL stainless steel heat dissipation pipes can be divided into two rows, four rows, six rows, and of course, single rows can also be made, as well as other non-standard forms. Each model has different sizes and specifications, and only regular models and specifications are labeled here. The shell and seamless stainless steel tube with a diameter of 18 × 2m/m are both made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti material, and the finned tubes are rolled from aluminum. The outer diameter of the finned tubes is 38mm, the root diameter is 19mm, the height of the fins is 9.5mm, and the spacing between the fins is R (3m/m). The finned tubes are spiral shaped.
The connection between the finned tube and the intake and return main pipes is made by argon arc welding, and the welding points are cleaned by acid pickling. BGL type heat exchanger is capable of both heat exchange and cooling. Introducing low temperature water or salt water can cool the air, while introducing high temperature water or steam can heat the air.
Due to the material of 1Cr18Ni9Ti, it is suitable for any heating, air conditioning, cooling, dehumidification, drying, and is a special corrosion-resistant, clean, and beautiful practical heater for dairy products, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and other industries.
BGL type heat dissipation pipes are subjected to a water pressure test of 16 kg/cm2 and held for 15 minutes.
