GL II type steam radiator

The GLII steam radiator is mainly used for air heating in hot air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying devices. It is the main equipment in hot air devices and has been widely used in heating and ventilation systems of industrial and mining enterprises and large buildings.
Among them, it has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation, and convenient management. It is not only suitable for centralized air supply heating, but also for local heating or other purposes.
Due to its small heat dissipation tubes and dense fins, the effect is relatively good.

GL II type steam radiator

Product overview

The GLII type steam radiator is versatile, in other words, it can adapt to different applications for many users. We learned that the radiator is an air heater that is suitable for both steam systems and hot water systems as a means of heating air.
Generally speaking, GLII steam radiators are mainly used for hot air heating, air conditioning systems, and air heating in drying devices. They are the main equipment in hot air devices and have been widely used in heating and ventilation systems of industrial and mining enterprises and large buildings. Among them, it has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy installation, and convenient management. It is not only suitable for centralized air supply heating, but also for local heating or other purposes. Due to its small heat dissipation tubes and dense fins, the effect is relatively good.

Product features

1. The GLII steam radiator is a steel double circuit (two rows) or multi circuit (four rows, six rows) structure. The heat dissipation pipes are made of seamless steel pipes with a diameter of 18 * 2mm, which are twisted into steel strips with a diameter of 10 * 0.3mm by a special machine, forming a spiral shape with a spacing of 3.2mm. It has high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance;
2. The heat dissipation pipes of the GLII steam radiator are arranged in a fully forked manner and connected with individual elbow pipes;
3. Characteristics of heat dissipation pipes for GL Ⅱ steam radiator:
Heat dissipation area: 0.64m2/m
Ribization coefficient: 14.56
Rib coefficient: 15.8
Net to surface ratio: 0.53

Numbering method

Model - number of rows - number of surface tubes - length of surface tubes (inches).
If four rows are used, with 10 surface tubes and a tube length of 42 inches, it is GL II-4-10-42.
