Structure and characteristics:
① According to the properties of the material, the inner pot of the reaction vessel can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Two types of heating materials can be used: thermal oil and steam.
② The reaction kettle consists of a pot body, pot cover, stirrer, transmission shaft, shaft sealing device, transmission device and other auxiliary components.
Operation requirements:
① Heating should be done slowly, especially during the first heating, attention should be paid to preventing the boiling of oil and water vapor.
② When there is no material in the pot and the pot is empty, do not turn on the heating power and test the heating oil jacket.
③ Circulating heat transfer oil heating cannot be replaced by steam heating.
