Outer coil tube reactor

Quality first, attentive service

The outer coil tube reactor is based on the sufficient mixing of reactants. For physical processes such as heating, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption, stirring devices are required to achieve good results. It can also be designed and processed for customers using stainless steel outer coil tube reactors.
Compared with jacketed reactors, the outer half coil reactor reduces the wall thickness of the reactor body, improves the load-bearing capacity of the reactor body, enhances heat transfer efficiency, saves energy consumption, and reduces the overall diameter of the reactor body.

Outer coil tube reactor

Product overview

The outer coil tube reactor is based on the sufficient mixing of reactants. For physical processes such as heating, cooling, liquid extraction, and gas absorption, stirring devices are required to achieve good results. It can also be designed and processed for customers using stainless steel outer coil tube reactors.
Compared with jacketed reactors, the outer half coil reactor reduces the wall thickness of the reactor body, improves the load-bearing capacity of the reactor body, enhances heat transfer efficiency, saves energy consumption, and reduces the overall diameter of the reactor body.
The heating forms of the outer coil reactor include electric heating, oil heating, gas heating, water heating (or cooling), open flame heating, etc.
The mixing forms generally include paddle type, anchor type, frame type, screw type, scraping wall type, etc.
The jacket forms are divided into jacket type and outer half tube type, and the jacket oil heating type is equipped with a flow guide device.
The shaft seal includes ordinary water-cooled packing seal, combined PTFE packing seal, and mechanical seal.
The discharge forms include ball valves and downward expansion valves.
